American Furniture Classics 905 Five Gun Safe, Black

Satisfied- here's some more info.
There is a lot of information on this safe that seems to be missing, so I hope this review helps some one make a decision.

A string of home robberies in my area that resulted in the theft of non-secured firearms prompted me to purchase something more secure than a locking rifle case. (You know, to at least lock it up in something that doesn't have a handle to carry it off in)

I considered buying a stack-on cabinet, but after checking one out in a store, I decided I'd rather buy something more robust. This safe seemed ideal for my small but very much valued collection of 1 rifle. The safe is small enough to fit in virtually any closet (the inside footprint is 9"x9"), and is light enough for me to move by myself, but not so light that it's easy.

The metal is around 0.10" thick, and the door secures with 5x 0.75" diameter bolts. The safe comes with two skeleton keys, and give a good "clunk" when locking/unlocking. Nothing a determined thief couldn't...
Nice small solid safe for the money
Nice small solid safe for the money - fits almost anywhere you want to put it. If you have scopes and tri-pods on your rifles it only will hold 3. Easily attaches to wall and floor. No combination to deal with. It comes with 2 skeleton keys.
Buyer Beware
Product came damaged. Packaging was not adequate to keep the item from getting damaged, paint chipped and dented. Also, it appears this item was returned previously and the manufacturer did not check to make sure all the parts were still there. No keys. Since the cost to ship it back was more than the items original cost even with the shipping credit offered, I have decided not to ship it back and throw the item away. The price was very good compared to local stores but I would rather buy from the local stores at least I can be assured to have the keys to open the safe.
