An accurate review
Boker. One of the TOP choices when it comes to Knife making IMO. I started with Soligen based German knives( as their craftsmanship is 2nd to NONE, handforged, full tang, even back in the 1940's), and ever since then have stuck with what works. Boker WORKS, and here is my review.
Boker plus. As with most knife companies nowadays, the demand for good survival knives has sky rocketed over the past 10 years, which has caused a MASS PRODUCTION of blades to be made. Mostly, nowadays they are made across seas, China, Japan, Kuwait, small 3rd world countries. Same with the Boker Plus line.
I will be the 1st to tell you, I 2nd guess anything coming from other countries that the product does not originate from. So when I heard that my Boker Plus was being made in China, I started doing my homework on the blade. Boker now has facilities built to be closer to the middle east, as the demand for their knives is worldwide.(Soldiers, ex military, survival, pathfinders,etc) But...

THE AMBIDEXTEROUS BLACK NYLON CORDURA SCABBARD IS
ABLE TO MOUNT VIRTUALLY IN ANY POSITION ON YOUR BELT, VEST, LEG,OR PACK.
THE MASSIVE TANTO BLADE IS EXTREMELY WIDE AND LARGE,EXTENDING INTO A BOWIE STYLE DOUBLE GUARD CUT FROM THE FULL-TANG BLADE,WITH MANY LANYARD-LASHING HOLES TO CREATE A SPEAR.
I DO RECCOMEND A DROP OF SUPER GLUE IN ALL SCREW SHAFTS.
TO SUM IT UP,I WOULD STAKE MY LIFE ON THIS FINE BLADE; THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT IT'S MADE FOR.

This blade is excellent. I am a combat arms soldier. I carry this knife on my ruck sack. I love this knife. I carry it everywhere. It is a good combat knife for any purpose.
