this holster fits my Glock 22 with Streamlight TLR 1 like a glove. it has excellent retention and all first excellent protection for the pistol. I feel this holster is more durable and more robust than any Black Hawk or Uncle Mikes product. The. instructions are awful. has no mention on how to convert from paddle to belt slide

These holsters are the best i have gone though a lot of holsters and i now have this one and one for my Glock 23 everyone i know has switched to these after seeing mine will never turn back
