Champion Shooting Vise

Not bad for what it is
This is a very small rest. My AK47 topples over unless I hold it. However, the clamps work well, and the whole device is well made. Also, rear height adjustment is not nearly enough. I am going to attach a 2x6 to the front feet with about 4 inches of height adjustment. It works a little pistols. But, since only one clamp can be used the pistol moves quite a bit when shot (9mm), and it is difficult to pull the trigger and keep the aim on target. I'm going to have to work a little to get it to function adequately with pistols. It might work ok with .22 pistols. As sold, it is not an adequate substitute for a Ransom Rest. For all uses you have to re-aim after each shot.
A simple vise that securely holds your firearm steady
This vise is great for aligning your sights or scope when you secure the vise to a sturdy table with bungee cords etc. It also will hold a rifle or shotgun while cleaning or repairing. A small & simple real gun vise.
Very NIce
This is a very nice, well built gun vise. Bought it to hold my guns while I clean and work on them. Works well at the shooting range for sighting in my rifles. I just bought a new scope for one of my 22 cals. and used it to sight it in. PERFECT! Dollar for dollar you can't beat it. Plus the shipping was fast.
