Voodoo Tactical MOLLE Drop Leg M4/M16 Magazine Shingle, Tan

For what it does, its great
I had been kicking around the idea to get one of these for a while. I first saw them advertised in a magazine I get and really liked the idea. To have 6 30 round magazines in one unit that doesn't require any form of LBV or harness to use and not hinder mobility is a solid idea. I am a shorter person so I didn't need it to be a drop leg unit, thankfully the way it is designed you can fold the drop extension down and thread your belt through the loops of the first thigh leg strap. As with all Voodoo Tactical gear, its made of heavier material and the sewing on it is solid, the straps are heavy material, but they they stretch to ensure a tight fit, and have stripes of rubber on the inside to keep from sliding around. The open top design is a big plus, there is no Velcro or snaps to get in the way (more specifically to make noise when you least want it to). The elastic ties do a good job of holding the magazines securely in place.

I would have given it 5 stars (and almost...
Great product!
Strong construction, well made. I use my drop leg rig during training in the desert once or twice a week. The stretch cord holds the magazines in tight, and is adjustable. The molle gear allows for my blow out kit, "trauma kit" to fit right below the magazines. With all 6 magazines loaded up the holster is heavy, but manageable with the leg straps tightened down. All parts of the rig are well thought out and stitched for redundancy.

I would recommend this product to others.
Excellent
Fully adjustable, great materials for a little price. Works great for both standard magazines and magpul (pmag) ones. 6 moar magazines FTW!
