Wildview EZ Cam 2.0 Mega Pixel Digital Camera with 30 ft Flash and 8 MB Memory

OK trail camera for the price
This camera surprised me a little when I tested it. It took useable quality photographs for monitoring game activity. Pictures were not exceptional, but showed me all I needed to know about what was going on and at what times on the monitored trails. Price was reasonable. Only problem is the on board memory is very small. Just be sure to pick up an SD card so you can take pictures. According to the date and time stamps on my pictures, the camera was full an hour after I left it without the SD card I purchased separately. Although this camera doesn't have any fancy feature such as infrared or an LCD picture viewer built in, it does it's job ok. The flash has a decent range for night time use, even though this appears to spoke passing game when viewing pictures taken in the three shot burst mode. Also the trigger time on this camera is very good. Some other trail cameras I have used were slow they would always take pictures of where game had already passed through, leaving me with only...
Great Trail Cam
I have three Trail Cams. But for the $$$ This is the best, EZ to use, Fun to use. I have two other brands That are more expensive and have IR (no flash) But this has a quicker response time and the flash does not bother the wildlife. Matter of fact its fun because I can see it all night long going off down in my woods. OVER 600 Pics last night on this cam alone.
Good Camera. Only a few drawbacks.
The pictures it takes are pretty good for being only 1.3 megapixels. And the price is unbeatable. But there's just a few things that detract from the overall camera. First is the batteries. It seems to go through them in about a month of normal picture taking. Of course, that may be because I used cheap alkaline batteries. And when you change out the batteries, you lose the date and time setting and have to reprogram it. It does have a fairly standard power plug. And since I already had an extension cord running down to the back pasture, I just plugged a cheap wall wart into it and it has been working just fine on AC power for 6 months now. Another thing I don't like is the strap used to hold it to trees. If you plan to keep it in the same spot for a while (as I do) then that's not much of a problem. But if you like to move it around, it can be a hassle unstrapping it and mounting it somewhere else. The last issue is the built-in memory. It can't hold more than a handful...
